A: Bedroom 1 – 1 x King size bed,

Bedroom 3 – 1 x Queen size bed, 1 set of single bunks,

Q: How many can the house sleep?

A: 13 people, including one on a trundle bed.

 

Q: Is linen supplied?

A: Yes, all linen and towels are supplied.

 

Q: How far out of town is the property?

A: 14 kms from Moama, 16 kms from Echuca.

 

Q: How do you access the boat ramp?

A: There is a boat ramp located just 200m from house.

 

Q: Is there room to park cars and boats?

A: The house has space available for 4 cars. If the boats are large they can be parked in the carpark available on 100m away from house.

 

Q: Can we leave the boat in the river overnight?

A: At this stage there is no space available to leave boats in the river.

 

Q: How far is the river form the house?

A: Only 60 metres. You can see into the river from the house.

 

Q: What is the size of the pool?

A: 20 metres x 5 metres with an added area for small children with a water feature.

 

Q: Is the pool heated?

A: The pool is Solar heated.

 

Q: How far away is the pool?

A: The pool is only 50metres from house.

 

Q: How far is the Rich River golf club from the house?

A: Rich River Golf Club is only 10kms from the house. They provide a courtesy shuttle bus.

 

Q: What is the check in and check out time?

A: Check-in after 11am, Check-out 11am, unless other arrangements are made.

 

Q: What sort of heating and cooling does the house have?

A: Ducted heating and cooling, Gas fire in Main living room also.
